Meet Yoru, our slow roasted hojicha powder from Uji, Kyoto. Made from first harvest Yabukita, hand-picked, hand-sorted, then roasted and finely ground in Uji, Yoru is crafted for a smooth, mellow cup with soft caramel sweetness, roasted cacao depth, and a toasted-grain finish.
Low in bitterness and naturally lower in caffeine, Yoru blends beautifully with milk for a warm, rounded hojicha latte. It is also perfect for iced drinks, baking, desserts, and slow afternoon rituals.
